Aleksandra came to me with a specific idea for an illustration - a woman is holding a butterfly in her open hands. “This is meant to symbolize that the women in my team are thriving, they are evolving,” she wrote to me. The combination of the night theme and the butterfly was supposed to create a surprise effect.
